The atmosphere is recreated well in this game. A luxurious red curtain and a big stage surrounded by slot machines, halls with players, roulette and card tables – all of these are drawn the way it was in old magazines, recreating the good old times.
The games are drawn even better than the background. Cards are distinguishable, the roulette rolls excitingly, the slot machines mirror real cult ones. It’s a great thing to relax, feeling like you’ve entered a real casino.

What we like most about DoubleDown Casino is its quite diverse music. From jazzy and funky party mood it shifts to meditative, contemplative relaxed mode. There’s not a single annoying tune that would get you tired too soon. Otherwise, it changes from game to game.
As for sounds of dealing cards, rolling roulettes, slot machines, and coin waterfalls, they are quite okay too (the latter being the sweetest).
